The author points out that, in designing the internal communication strategy within a non-profit organization, some typical features are found that determine certain specific ways to communicate. And that the individual creativity of the people making part of the venture has to be adapted to the organizational requirements, in order that they help maximize this individual creativity without letting it be suffocated or numbed by the process.Downloads
