Es Comunicador Social en la Universidad de La Sabana y Derecho Constitucional en la Universidad Extemado de Colombia. Es Magíster en Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad Javeriana. Se ha especializado en asuntos de la agenda pública mundial. En la actualidad es el jefe del Área de Comunicación Pública de la Facultad de Comunicación de la Universidad de La Sabana.
