El otro modo de pensar
Abstract
It has become necessary to change our way of thinking. For more or less the past two centuries our reasoning can be characterized as having been rationalistic, dialectic, impersonal and anonymous in nature. This type of thinking has led to umprecedental historical fights and to discrimination whose main victims have been women. Modern thought has not only misunderstood the individual's sexual nature but has also been incapable of comprenhending its temporal dimension. A new emerging form of thinking now considers differences but does not discriminate. It merges the intellectual and perceptive contributions characteristically femenine with those typically masculine. This new way of thinking highlights the complementary aspect of divergence rather than the traditional view that the masculine and femenine modes of reasoning are necessarily at odds.
