Abstract

The New Information Technologies (NIT) constitute one of the main points of interestand targets of the major business and entrepreneurial fortunes. Such interestarises from the very first minute they realizetheir impossibility of isolating  the sophisticated technological convergences from the impact of the more and moreabundant messages. In the main bunch ofthe NIT, the star segment is occupied by those applied to audiovisual production and diffusion, characterized by the search ofsystems of instantaneous access to information, thus reducing to a minimumthe limitations of the videotape lineal structure and developing more efficient comprehension methods in the use of large informative volumes.
