From June 16, 2025 (from 00:00 (GMT-5)) to June 27, 2025 (until 18:00 (GMT-5)) we open the general call for papers, with free subject matter, but according to the thematic guidelines you can check in “About the journal”: https://palabraclave.unisabana.edu.co/index.php/palabraclave/about

For this call for papers, we will have changes in the way we receive your submissions and editorial policies. We will send you a notice notifying you of the changes by June 16.

Remember that all submissions to the journal are made through your user account on the journal's website. If you do not have a username, we invite you to create one here: https://palabraclave.unisabana.edu.co/index.php/palabraclave/user/register

If you already have a username, we invite you to confirm that you have access to your account so that we can assist you in case you do not gain access. You can check here: https://palabraclave.unisabana.edu.co/index.php/palabraclave/login

For us, it is very important to have the correct data of our users; for that reason, once you have access, we invite you to check if your profile data is updated. This step is essential if you want to submit an article to this call.

You will find several tabs:

  • Identity: Check if your first and last names are correct and how you would be cited.
  • Contact: If the e-mail is valid, the languages you work in, and other information that appears in this tab are correct.
  • Tasks: Check if the "author" box is selected; if it is not selected, the system will not enable the option to make a new submission.
    • or you can register as a reviewer of the journal by clicking on the "External Reviewer" box
    • or if you do, it is important that you fill in the "Reviewing Interests" information. Remember to enter term by term to do this correctly.
    • or if you are already a reviewer, add your review interests or update them.
  • Public:
    • Most importantly: link your ORCID to our platform. If you do not have it, you will see the button that will allow you to do this process.
    • It is not a requirement to fill out the biographical summary or give us a URL.

The rest of the tabs can be configured as you see fit.
